Great people & great service. I needed a wheel alignment do to uneven tire wear & my steering wheel pulling to the right. After fixing my vehicle they gave me a detailed report & answered all my questions. I highly recommend this shop for all your car needs.

Customer service died years ago but not here. They make you feel valued and welcome you with open arms. This is not a money hungry auto shop to service your vehicle. Mechanics do a great job.

Exceptional place for car service. We brought in our Honda for an oil change and there was a problem with the oil plug being stripped. We knew the problem from our last oil change but their mechanic was able to tighten it so it didn’t leak. Not today so they ordered a new oil plug, which took some time to deliver it, but we understood and patiently waited for our car to be completed. Frank was concerned about the time we had to wait, even though we said that was not a problem for us we realized it wasn’t his fault. However Frank still felt bad and gave us a complimentary oil change. This isn’t the first time that Desert Car Repair bent over backwards to make sure our car was in a safe condition to drive. A few months ago one of our headlights was bad and we brought it in with out an appointment. Again they replaced it for us at no charge. Just see us with an appointment was enough for us but not Frank, he went that extra mile for us. I could go on with the great job they did on our brakes, very concerned for our safety, they did an awesome job. So I want to thank Frank,personally, and also everyone at the repair shop for a job well done as always.

My 1st time visit here and I was blown away by the top notch customer service. Susie is super friendly and treated me very well. They even sent me an Uber to pick me up from home to the Shop. Rick the mechanic fixed my suspension clanking sound. He check and explain to me all the possible cause. Now my SUV drives tight and nice again. There's no pressure or upfront selling tactics.

From all my years of being in and out of auto shops, Desert Care Care was the best, hands down. I was on a road trip thousands of miles from home, and with one call to Desert Care care, I was dropping off my truck the same night I called. Susie was the most communicative, and helpful!
