Desert Car Care of Chandler
I have to hand it to these guys - they always solve the most ridiculous problems I bring in. When I first bought a used 2008 CR-V, the steering was wobbly and pulled right. After several attempts to align the front end, they finally found the culprit - a defective back tire that was bad enough to influence the steering. Once I changed the tire, poof! Instantly perfect steering. And each time I brought the car back during those visits, they would get me an Uber or Lyft to shuttle me to work and back. They really took great care to make certain my life wasn't completely disrupted by this diagnostic and repair work. Next was my wife's 2005 Highlander, which had a leaking high pressure steering line. It turned out to be a bigger job, since the pump was failing as well. Long story short, they received a ridiculous amount of parts that failed, including two leaking steering pumps, and one extremely noisy remanufactured OEM pump. When I told them this third pump was still making a racket, Frank took it very seriously and even drove the car home. The answer was to rip out the fourth pump and put in another one sourced from a dealership. And that one worked perfectly. Meanwhile, Susie lent me her own car (for two days!) because the loaner cars were all being used. The lengths this team will go to help a customer is astonishing. That's why I have been with them for 10 years.
