I made an appointment at Desert Car Care due to the great reviews I read. I am really glad that i did. From the time I called to make an appointment everyone was very friendly. The team did a great job with my car and kept me informed every step of the way. They are knowledgeable and explained in detail what was going on with my car. Suszie and Mark made the experience replacing my brake pads as enjoyable as it could be! They’re genuinely a very sweet and passionate team and put me at ease throughout the process. They provided both Lyfts to my house as my car was being taken care of. I’ll be back for future service. Thank you!

Susie is one of best people I have ever met. I was scared to death and completely out of my element when a code popped up in my car saying transmission overheated stop and wait 5 minutes. I was on my way to a Dr appointment in Chandler from Mesa. Normally car care is by appointment only but Susie must have understood my panic and anxiety, she fitted me in and got me taken care of. She even provided me with pizza and pizza muffins, yum yum,. I am so grateful to Susie and Mark in that Chandler office, they even kept me entertained with their joking around making me laugh. Unfortunately the shop could not fix the problem but sent me on to a transmission repair that ,could .And did not charge me anything for the service they performed. Thank you so much.

Oil change appt was easy to make online. The office staff are pros and very helpful and friendly. Quality of service is excellent. The mechanics always exceed my expectations. I’ve been a regular customer for 10 years, this is my first call for car maintenance.
