Anyone who has ever been stranded on a busy AZ highway in the afternoon sun knows what a serious situation it is. I had that unfortunate experience when the serpentine belt shredded on my vehicle. With a desperate "auto repair near me" search on my cell phone, I was provided Desert Car Care contact info. After speaking with Suzie ,I knew I was going to be alright. She provided several tow service numbers and had the correct parts preordered and ready when I eventually arrived. Repairs were quickly and professionally installed by the Desert Car Care Team which saved me from having to find a hotel. While waiting, I observed the professional interactions between several other customers and Suzie who handled every call as if they were family . They truly epitomize the word Care in their name. Thank you all for your diligence and empathy to get me back on the road and eventually back home.
