Always a fair, accurate and wonderful experience! We have been having our vehicles serviced and maintained by Desert Car Care Center for over 6 years and appreciate the customer service and extra effort they put into every visit.

Desert Car Care was quick and responsive to my car troubles when I had a minor accident with great towing service and had a new radiator, air coolant condencer , new hoses with a few others parts in my vehicle in 2 days. I was back on the road in no time with quality service and warranty.

Your mechanics are always willing to answer any of my questions and educate me on any potential issues with my car, showing me so I can really understand the situation and giving me a time-frame on when a repair would need to be done and the time it would take. It was enjoyable to sit in the comfortable lobby with hot tea and having wifi enabled me to work while I waited. Thanks everyone for a great experience!

So, I took my car in because the check engine light was on and dropped it off in the morning. They gave me a lyft Home and offered to send for a ride when it was done. Later that night he light went off again and I contacted them the next day. The schedule an appointment with me at my convince to look at it and again, gave me rides. They worked on it all day, fixed it and did not charge me anything on the second day. The people that work here really do care and they were so welcoming. Car troubles are usually a hassle but this wasn’t and now my car is back to normal! I give them 5 stars.
