Excellent service with a smile. Very friendly employees and they do not try to make you purchase things you do not need. I brought my car in for what i thought was a rear main seal leak and it turned out to be a leak in my oil pan and filter. They could have charged me more but were very honest and only repaired what i needed. I will give them all my business.

From the mechanical side, the truck was running rough, but the last place i took it too kept telling me that there was nothing to it. Desert Car found the problem and fixed it (i can definitely confirm that after i put the truck thru a drive today that last week was painful to do). On the personal side, the staff was fantastic. Answered question i had, and even offered me a ride home if i needed it. You guys did great, and i'm very pleased with the results. Thanks so much

A++ I have too many good things to say so I'm going to make it short and sweet. I'm 35 years old and I have never been to a shopthat is so clean, where customer service is clearly atop their priority list, followed by seasoned mechanics who know what they're doing. The ladies who run the inside of the shop where unbelievable and made me feel like they genuinely cared. I was quoted a cheaper price at a different shop but because this shop provided such excellent customer service and their mechanics clearly knew what they were doing I didn't mind paying the extra 40 bucks. My wife and I will never go to another shop for maintenance on our vehicle unless it's desert Car Care Center.

By far the most friendliest, HONEST car repair company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, courteous and understanding. I was kept up to date with the repairs on my vehicle and it was ready when they promised. The auto tech showed in person what needed to be repaired. He did not try to up sale or make anything other suggestions that were not necessary at the time. The ladies in the front are amazing they made me feel welcomed and were very honest with me about the cost of the repairs and worked with me financially. I was even given a loaner car while my car was getting repaired. This was by far the best experience in auto repair that I ever had to deal with. They will continue to have my business because they have shown that yes they are a business, but they are also people that have compassion and understanding of life situations and go above and beyond to help to the best of their abilities! Easy drop off. They provided me with a rental so I could still get to work and they stayed after closing so I could pick up my car since I work in Phx and get off at 5 pm. They sent me a text letting me know when they were about to begin working on my car and when my car was done with additional information about what else should be done on my car soon.

Very easy to make an appointment. Service was performed very quickly and they arranged transportation to and from my work.
