They've truly exceeded the Wow factor for me. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming (the lady at the front desk is so awesome!!!!) ☺ They took the time to show me what was wrong with my breaks and they explained what they were going to do. Great atmosphere!! We definitely will be coming back.

Staff is great but ask for time frame. Due to popularity they often keep overnight. Always fix it the 1st time but a bit pricey.

In all the times I've had to have anything done to my car I've never had an experience like this. Frank and Susie are amazing!! Not only did they help me with getting things done in my budget. Which was more touching than anything. But their customer service skills and personalities are just a delight. I WILL be going back for any car needs and WILL be sending family and friends. And did I mention my car rides like a dream now thanks to their awesome staff.

Great car repair shop and finally one I feel comfortable that I’m being told the 100% truth about my car. The owner Frank is amazing and truly cares for his customers. He came to my rescue after PepBoys caused my car to catch fire, and helped me through the entire process, asking nothing in return. I was pretty impressed to learn he runs car educational programs for women as well as boy & Girl Scouts! I’ve also started watching his podcast Wrench Nation & have learned some great tips! My new go-to for my car maintenance.

My experience was great. Had to leave car at the shop but I was shuttled home and back. They did not try to sell me anything and took care of the problem I had. Would go back. Nice to have this shop in Chandler.
