Very nice people

I have always felt apprehensive when dealing with auto maintenance/repair companies, but I walked away from my first visit here feeling like I got more value out of the transaction than Desert Car Care did. They provided phenomenal customer service and provided a detailed explanation of all work performed and suggestions on what could be done to improve the integrity and performance of my vehicle without pressuring me.

it was great. I got a oil change and even learned a few things that needed to be addressed, for the total inspection that comes with the oil change. and it was all sent to my phone so I could see the issues on my time. I would highly recommend going to the Desert Car Care in Chandler, Az...I give them a full Colgate smile 😁

Desert Care Care in Chandler is GREAT and I recommend them if you need work done on your vehicle, I will definitely be back! What other auto shop have you been to where, while waiting for your vehicle, the office offered some of their fried chicken lunch (beyond customer service, just downright friendly and courteous)! Frank and Susie are terrific, both having very positive and upbeat attitudes, no doubt it rubs off on everyone who works there! Thank You!!

This has been the absolute best experience with car repair that I have ever had. I was a lot of nervous because I didn’t know what was wrong with my car and Google scared me. Susie is AMAAAAZING! She calmed me down as is super friendly. Their work is great and the cost was extremely reasonable. I'll be back in 3000 miles. Thank you!!
