Best car care service I've ever had. This is a class act that understands people no longer buy goods and services----they buy relationships. And are they ever good at it. I know they had a lot of customers that day, but their attention to my car (and me) made me feel like I was the only customer there. First off, they paid for a Lyft to get me to work and back to their shop. I received several text messages throughout the day with repair status updates. I think the thing that impressed me the most was the service writers. When I called to make the appointment, I had a friendly conversation with Jessica, making me look forward to my visit the next morning. When I walked through the door, I ran into Mark who was so pleasant, positive and friendly that I wondered for a second, "Is this really a service center?" He and I were definitely on the same wavelength and that was refreshing. Then Susie checked me in and she was just as sweet, positive and happy as Mark. Honestly, each of them represented the shop as if they owned it. (Note to owners: Raises!!) When I picked up my car, and their last customer of the day, they treated me with the same vibrance. A truly wonderful experience. Don't settle. Use them. Their work is impeccable and their service is truly unparalleled. My son in law recommended them to me. I'm so happy he did. Best service, best car care. Reasonable rates. Efficiency on steroids. What more could you want? Tell them Jackie sent you. Service you can trust with a reputation to back that up. One more thing about the experience. The waiting area is like a living room, unlike most shops that don hard plastic chairs and old magazines. Comfort while you wait. Novel, right?
