I'm in California, but I helped my daughter in Phoenix with a visit to Desert Car Care this morning. They included me in all the communications about her problem, and also presented a beautiful inspection report with photos of everything they found needs attention. When they finished, my daughter had nice cold air conditioning again for a very reasonable price. I feel they provided us a very good value. I am confident we just found her new shop.

Usually my father works on my car & we avoid mechanics but we are from California & I live in Arizona now. They were extremely nice , helpful. Told me everything wrong with my car with ratings of how urgent the maintenance was for each issue & included photos ! Which helped with the curious father back home lol! Thank you

Sometimes things go wrong. That's just the way life is. This is when you really learn about the quality and integrity of a business. When one of my repairs didn't work out as planned, Jessica went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Most shops would have balked, debated, avoided, denied and negotiated. Jessica did none of that. She just took care of me the way she would have wanted to be treated. Plain and simple.

Yesterday i went there for the first time after my friend highly recommended it. Good communication with staff. People are nice and friendly. Reasonable prices. They utilize a nice phone app to send your the progress report with photos and the condition of issues they find. They provide all car repair services except tire replacement and transmission work.
