First off! You get what you pay for! Mike the manager especially and also his crew who Mike sees thru do a terrific job and fix it correctly the first time, they won't bandaid it, you own a vehicle then expect breakdowns! I give Mike 5 stars and has really turned that shop into a grade A mechanic repair shop! They have common sense and uphold their word, guaranteed repair and I have no hesitation sending my wife there and knowing the job will get done correctly at a fair price, they are insured and licensed and I trust them! Thank you Mike and crew for a great job done

Yeah...this place sounds very shady. Welcome to Up-sell City! Won't give quotes for basic service over the phone. Immediately wanted to know if I'm shopping the job around. Yeah...duh...no I just go to the first place I call on a $500 job. Started this whole schtick about, "do you want the cheapest or the best".

They were super nice, however the parts were marked up, I purchased for $70 as opposed to the $270 quoted and they were wanting to charge 3 hours of labor $130 per hour.... I researched my problem(blend door cable and mode door cable) and watched a you tube video. I had this issue fixed in 25 minutes. But like I said super nice, just way over priced in my opinion.

Suzie and Frank are amazing! I forgot I was there to get my car fixed. They treated me like family. Impeccable and prompt service.

Professional and friendly

I came to Desert Care Care with an older truck (2001) and a stubborn Check Engine Light (CEL). I could not get the truck to pass the emissions test, no matter how hard it studied. What started as a seemingly straight forward repair turned into quite the odyssey. After many repairs and many friendly visits when the CEL just wouldn't stay off, Frank and his team took complete ownership of the situation and made sure, no matter what, that it would be fixed, and fixed right. After many laborious hours, through sweat and frustration, they came through and resolved the issue! The team went the extra distance and even took the truck through the inspection for me to guarantee it would pass. And pass it did! Although normally one may not want to spend their time in the repair shop, I know I'll find myself missing regularly talking to Susie, Joan, Frank, and the rest of the crew at Desert Car Care. I know I have a home away from home for my truck, no matter how big or how small a repair might be. I know, and you will too, that this is a place that cares not only about your vehicle, they care about you the person. And that is something that is becoming a rarity in this world. I actually can't wait for my next scheduled maintenance so I can get to see everyone. I know my truck will have a better life now that I have a place that will treat my vehicle like it was their own. I can never say thank you enough for all the work that was done and for the hospitality I received.
