I cannot say enough good things about this shop. We have used them in the past and always received great service. It wasn't until about a month ago that we truly got to see their service and dedication in action. Our son started having issues with his car. The computer went out. Due to the length of time necessary to complete and test the car they rented a car for our son who is not yet 21. They are patient and knowledgable. We have had to have the car in several times since due to other issues. Each time they work with our son and are professional. Their prices are fair. Service is great. I would highly recommend them if you are in the area!

Frank has always helped me out. He never hides anything. He's pulled me into the shop and showed me prices on the catalog. He's made deals with me and even given me a free oil change before. Great guy. Great business. I think he really looks out for customers.

Since I'm a Chandler newbie I've never had my Honda Civic serviced anywhere in the area. That is, until I became way overdue on an oil change. My husband recommended that I try a place his family has been going to for years, Desert Car Care. I took his advice and scheduled a 4:00 oil change on a Monday and made sure to download the online coupon before leaving.The two men at the service counter were efficient and friendly and let me know it would be about 40 minutes or so. I took a seat on their comfy sofa and was promptly offered some water. There was also tea and coffee available nearby. The owner came out to let me know my filters were pretty filthy (my bad) so he offered to replace them for $40. After half an hour I was ready to rock and the guys were nice enough to fill up the air in my tires before I took off. After the appointment I did have one question about my bill and when I called Desert Car they answered it right away in a professional manner.I appreciate the work these guys put into my appointment and my husband and I will absolutely continue to go back. We have always had good experiences with Desert Car Care. They did a great job fixing the A/C that went out in our truck earlier this year and today replaced my alternator in my Aspen. They are reasonably priced, honest, and thorough whenever we have an issue with our vehicles. Highly recommend Desert Car Care!!!!

I have taken mine and my girlfriends car here many times for several different repairs and have nothing but good things to say. I have had a very good experience every time I have been here. The staff is skilled and friendly. Frank is really nice and easy to deal with. He will work with you and tell you if there is the potential for any hidden costs that might occur. He told me right up front he doesn't have the cheapest labor rates in town but you also get what you pay for. All the work is backed up by a 2 year 25k parts and labor warranty. The last time I was in I was getting the A/C fixed and the radiator replaced. They gave me a free rental car to cover me for the day I would not have my car. I know nothing is free, but the prices are still extremely reasonable and I always feel comfortable taken my car there and not feeling like I'm going to get scammed by some shady "used car salesman."

Found this shop by accident when getting my windows tinted at a shop in the same plaza. Went in to inquire about oils change pricing and what type of oils is used. Liked they mentioned they use 5w30 that is what my truck takes. Brought my truck in the next day and they did a full inspection and found there some items that needed to be done they were reasonable and have been working on getting them done.Recently had ball joints done and truck was done before lunch.Will be brining it back after tires are done for an alignment.Thank you desert care care for taking care of me.

I've been going here for a while to get oil changes and minor things repaired on my car. They are very honest -- they don't try to con you into buying other services or products that really don't need to be done on your car.

I honestly have to say that I take my car in for service with great trepidation as I have no clue what is fair and reasonable when it comes to cost. Frank and Keith were wonderful, giving me the total cost and then the break down of each repair--then telling me what I needed to do versus wait on. It made me so much more confident that I wasn't getting the shaft. And the work was done the same day, so I didn't need to rent a car! I will continue to use this repair shop for my car's mainenance needs.
