Chandler Auto Repair

DCC provides excellent service at fair market rates. In fact, DCC won't push repairs on you - they always try to find the best option to take care of your vehicle while being mindful of the cost. I've brought all my vehicles to DCC since 2008, both at their east Gilbert and Chandler shops. I always recommend them to friends and family.

Unbelievable is how I describe my experience today at Desert Car Care in Chandler. I have lived in AZ for 10 years, never had a "regular" repair shop, used the dealer mostly and when I took to "repair" shops, I mostly felt ripped off and didn't trust what they told me. I needed a service this week in order to sell my car, they got me in, Aimee was so personable and helpful. Frank was more than fair with pricing and Patrick was awesome and got my car fixed! They got me in today, knowing I was getting my car fixed to sell it, so they likely figured I would be a one time customer and still treated me so well. I am so happy to find this place and they will be my new "local repair shop". Update: I did sell the car today (1/1/15) and recommeded Frank and his team to them for any future needs for the car.

Took my car in because it needed to have a "drive cycle" set up on my OBC in order to pass emissions so I could get it registered and they took care of it with no problems. It was not even something they do normally, but they took my situation and noticed that I was in a bind and needed my car and took care of me. Great customer service when talking with me, "Frank" was able to peg I was a Veteran really quickly and made me comfortable in there right from the get go and told me the information I needed to know. Price was very reasonable and worth every penny, they not only got it ready for testing, they took care of that part as well without any extra cost, so all I had to do was take the car in for my plates. Thanks again to everyone at Desert Car Care, you guys rock!!!

I've been coming to Desert Car Care for a couple years now and they are great to work with. Frank is trust worthy and honest. The staff is welcoming and extremely pleasant to work with. They care greatly about their costumers and make you feel like you are a priority. Take your car here if you want to have quality service!!!

Took my car in for an oil change and wheel alignment. They were very nice,thorough and not pushy. Even though my car needs a lot of work and I know it they laid out the options and details and said to come back whenever to have the work done. Nice to deal with folks focused on customer service and not making an extra buck. Prices for oil change and wheel alignment were market price (same as Sears Service Center packages) and I guarantee the service was much better here.

Took my car in for a clutch replacement and a few other things and I was very pleased with how they worked with me. The prices were great and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

"I Can't Say Enough" I can't say enough about how well I am treated at this shop...the professionalism and genuine concern about my vehicle and my situation is overwhelming at times. As someone who was in the business (Goodyear retail store back East) it is great to find a place that embodied my ideals of treating the customer with respect and fairness and getting the job done right and in a timely fashion. Bravo again to Frank, Aimee and the crew in Chandler...a truly magnificent group of people.

"Fantastic competent group of people that get the job done right. " I will always bring my car here until they give me a reason not too. They fix things in a timely manner at great prices. They are very friendly and make you feel great walking in and out the door. There's no fear as a female walking in the door that I'm going to be taken advantage of, like with several other places I've gone in the past.
