Took my car here last summer to diagnose A/C issues. They not only did not do what I asked them to, but damaged my car. I had checked the freon and informed them it wasn't the issue. They were supposed to diagnose and call me before doing any work. They called me and told me they had removed and refilled the freon and it was ready for pickup. The AC was not fixed, and I just put up with it. After taking it to the dealer, I found out that they had overcharged and damaged the compressor. Not only did I have to pay for a service I told them NOT to perform, but I had to pay for additional repairs because of their careless work. Edit to respond: I initially told you that I did not want to pay, as it wasn't fixed, and I was never called with the estimate, and I was told tough luck you can't get your car back. I also called and complained later in the week, as well as responded to your email asking how it went.
It looks like you haven't been in since April 14th 2022. We would never do anything to a vehicle without consent from our customer first. We also found your system low on freon. So we added dye and the proper amount. All of our evac and recharges come with a 30 day warranty. Please call us next time. We have an awesome team that cares about every car that comes through our door. We would never charge someone if our repair did not fix the issue. Hope to see you again Elizabeth!
