I've been taking both of my vehicles to Desert Car Care for about 4 years now. Frank and the staff have always been great. A shop is only as good as the person running it and Frank is as good as it gets. You really won't find a more trustworthy place to take your vehicle. I have so many stories about great experiences I wouldn't know where to start.

"Excellent customer service" This was the second time we chose Desert Car Care for vehicle maintenance. We are always treated fairly and given the best price possible for repairs. After servicing was completed (sooner than expected) our 14 year old Chevy ran like new again.

Vanessa said she received great service. When she went to this business to make an appointment, they made the appointment for the following morning. They were very friendly and helpful. She appreciated them calling her to explain what needed to be done, and she appreciated them calling to let her know when her vehicle was ready.

Linda said this business helped her. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and got back to her in a sufficient amount of time.

"Fantastic Customer Service!!" I recently have had to take my Focus in many many times to get it fix. It was an old car an '03, things happen of course. Every time I brought my car to Desert Car Care they took care of me. They helped when I needed a rent a car. Always upfront and honest with the main issue. Never tried to get me to do unnecessary steps. I know I will always recommend everyone I know to them for the exemplary customer service! Thank you so much!
