Thank you to Desert Car Care of Chandler. I want to thank Maylynn and all of the technicians (especially Rick), for their courtesy and professionalism. It was appreciated. Rick was thorough in his explanations to me on everything done with my car. Thank you!

They took me in as a walk-in after a slight mishap in scheduling. I had to wait a few hours before my car was taken in to be serviced. (They offered me a ride home - if I lived within 5 miles- which I politely declined.) I was impressed with the knowledge the people had there. They were very friendly. They go over EVERYTHING they looked at with you so you know how your car is doing overall. They aren't pushy but do recommend when you need things done due to safety - and it doesn't have to.be at their shop! Overall I had a great experience.

Very accommodating and pleasant to work with and love their new technology where you are shown pictures of the problem area on the car on a screen in the office as they review future needs and service done. Would highly recommend for fair price for excellent service.

Had my truck towed even though I was in contact with them and negotiating the move done I was out of state. Last message I got was that they would talk to the property manager since I was working with them. I told them if it needed to be moved immediately, I would somehow get it done. Next thing I got was a letter saying the truck was towed 8 days ago. They didn't even tell me, didn't give me an opportunity to have it moved myself. Cost me almost $500 in towing and storage. Then they kept the keys and lied about it. This will cost me another $300 to get another key. The tow truck driver said they were never given keys. The property manager said they were never given the keys. They LIED and have my keys like some childish game or just won't admit they lost them. The key with Google reviews. It's easy to get good reviews if nothing goes wrong. What differentiates a business is how they treat you WHEN something goes wrong. They have treated me horribly and I'm out almost $1000.

Great job from start to finish! They found the issue with our brakes and got it corrected. Also, they knew the previous parts were still under warranty and they went to bat for us to get the parts replaced at no cost to us. That made the repairs much less expensive than they could have been. They are straight forward and honest there and we would recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy mechanic! Thanks to everyone at Desert Car Care.
