I appreciate the friendly and helpful people. Suzzie and Jessica are willing to take the time to explain what needs to happen and answer questions. They seem to care about their customers. I have been pleasantly surprised a few times when they have not charged me to help evaluate a problem or given me a discount when the solution to the problem was really expensive.

These folks were very quick to get my a/c compressor changed out the same day. With the Arizona summer heat, this was such a relief! Thanks everyone for getting me back on the road. The front office ladies were great to work with.

I've had the BEST auto-repair experience with Desert Car Care. The front office staff is nice, friendly, considerate & knowledgeable (Thanks Jessica and Susie). I even got to speak with the technician because of some questions I had and he promptly and happily answered all of my questions (Thanks Mike). Even though I perform most of my own repairs, I will most certainly be back for certain things (like my transmission flush, which will soon be due, and I don't have the cool machine that flushes out the torque converter fluid). Thank you all so much for such a great experience. I will most certainly recommend Desert Car Care to anyone I know that needs any kind of automotive service. This is the only shop I recommend and endorse!
