This is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review for anything, but Desert Car Care deserves recognition for how incredible they were. From the first call with Susie through picking up my car they were friendly, fast, and went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. They kept me informed, and never pressured me for anything that wasn't required. I will gladly be providing their information to anyone who asks me for a good shop.

If you are looking for a reputable mechanic, look no further! Desert Car Care is the best I've experienced in the 20+ years I've lived in the valley. They provide rental car, lyft home and finance when needed. Honest & Dependable!!

Freindly staff

Friendly and quick service with a scheduled appointment. They even had Lyft take you back and to if you need to be home or run errands. Felt like the dealership with better service and price. DDC was also fast and helpful to get a brake service in on their busy schedule! Definitely will be maintaining my vehicles at DCC from this point on!

Wonderful customer service!

This is the best car shop in the valley! I drive down from Scottsdale because this is the best place to come for all your car needs. Not only do they take of my car as if it was their own, but they also have the best customer service around. I have had normal maintenance work done, all the way through larger items like complete brake and rotor replacements done. They are always clear on what is going on with my car, let me know the cost, and the how long it will all take to complete the work. In addition to this they help me get to where I need to be while the car is being taken care of. They have never made me feel dumb or like a bad driver while I was trying to describe XYZ sounds/feels it made. If you have a choice, come here!

Excellent service that I have come to expect! Thank you for noticing the tires on my new car were not wearing well during my oil change inspection. Turns out it was a warranty issue that the dealership (who did the first oil change) did not notice. The dealership is now changing out the tires. Thank you!
