This place has one of the most amazing cultures I've ever experienced at a car shop. I brought my older car in to get it checked after driving across the country and there was many areas they identified that I needed to fix. I was slightly overwhelmed knowing the money I would have to put into it so I called to ask which was more important to fix. Not only was Susie, one of the receptionist, amazingly nice but she helped me pick out the areas I should focus on first . She didn't try to say I needed it all to be fixed as most car shops do. Then she applied a $50 coupon to my total lowering the amount to what I could afford. I've never experienced this at a car shop and I couldn't be more grateful for them. They didn't even take that long to fix my car. They made me a long term customer now. Thank you Desert Car Care for the great work you do!!

The front desk staff were amazing, they got me an apt within 12 hrs, they got me a rental car to get to work and they referred me to tire pro for my tires and they were brilliant. Thanks so much for helping me.

Super friendly service with amazing communication. They fixed a problem for me with my SUV, and then kept me from spending another $2200 that the dealer advised me "had to be done." These folks are now my official car repair people.

As a woman most car places try to scare or recommend you into buying "extras" even if you dont need it......I have used them 2 times. Both times everyone has been very helpful and respectful. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great place to take your vehicle.

I cannot say enough about this place. A group of guys including myself decided to help out a disabled Veteran. We found a car for him but it needed some work to include a new AC system and wheel bearings. We found the parts and then I called Frank, the owner and told him that we were helping a Vet and needed to get these parts installed. Frank, without hesitation said to bring the car in, and he would help us out. The crew in the shop, including Suzie and Jeff went out of their way to make me comfortable while I waited, to include asking me if I wanted lunch with the crew while I waited. If you need a good, honest shop with friendly people, look no further!
