I have heard the raving reviews, even from my family but was skeptical, feeling like mechanics will always get the better of you and clearly I was wrong. I brought my car into Desert Car Care with an issue that I knew was going to be costly. I have a mechanical background, but not a mechanic, at my age just cant do the work myself. I was not only given an extremely fair deal on the work, I was actually surprised by how far out of their way they went to make sure I had transportation while I waited and how they check, rechecked and triple checked everything so that I couldn't walk away with any issues. Suzy and Tom did a great job getting me back on the road without making me feel taken advantage of. I suggest you go see these guys.

It is a pleasure for me to write this 5-star review for Desert Car Care. I had been taking my Cadillac CTS to another car repair company for years but they were super expensive. A friend recommended me to Desert Car Care and I must tell you that they are FABULOUS! They greeted me immediately when I walked in the door, got my car info into their system, and gave me courtesy Lyft ride back home. The staff was friendly and provided superior customer service and kept me informed of the status of my car via an update link on my phone. They fixed my car and the costs was unbeatable!
